Step 1 - Sign up and Create an account

i. Complete this form and click submit. An email with the activation link will be sent to your email.

ii. Click the activation link to setting up your password

iii. Login with your login credential.

iv. This Temporary Login Account will only be valid for 15 days.

Step 2 - Complete and Submit Registration

i. Answer all the questions in Registration forms, including upload supporting document as indicated.

ii. Complete self-evaluation for Pre-Qualification.

iii. Submit for verification.

iv. All data of unsuccessful registration / unattended request for resubmission will be deleted permanently.
